100 Days

Plan it. Do it. Change everything.

How 100 Days works

Everything you might want to know before you start. Still have a question? You can always start, poke around, and decide later.

🎯The basics

What is 100 Days?
100 Days is an accountability platform for a focused 100-day stretch of personal growth. You define the systems you want to live by across six areas of life, check them off each day, and invite people you trust — your stewards — to witness the work, verify your proof, cheer you on, and keep you honest.
Why 100 days — why not 21 or 30?
Because lasting change takes longer than the myths suggest. The “21 days to a habit” idea was never science — it came from a 1960 self-help book. Researchers at University College London found a new habit takes about 66 days on average to become automatic, and for some habits far longer. 100 days gives you room for the real arc of change — including the messy middle — without being open-ended.
Is this just another habit tracker?
No. The tracker is the easy part. What makes change stick is accountability — other people who can see whether you actually did the thing. 100 Days is built around that: real proof, real witnesses, real stakes. You don't do it alone.

🧱Building your plan

What are the six pillars?
Your plan is organized around six areas: Mindset, Family & Relationships, Business, Health, Finances, and Fun. You don't have to use them all — they're a frame so your growth is balanced, not all in one lane.
What’s a commitment (a habit)?
A commitment is one concrete thing you'll do (or stop doing): “Run 3 miles,” “No alcohol,” “Call a parent,” “Send 3 resumes.” You set how often it should happen and whether it needs photo/video proof.
Daily, weekly, or something else?
Commitments can be daily, weekly (e.g. 3×/week), every N days, or longer-period goals. A weekly habit that isn't done yet isn't a miss — the app keeps daily and periodic habits separate so you (and your stewards) can tell the difference at a glance.
Can I track breaking a bad habit, not just building one?
Yes. Mark a commitment as “breaking” and checking it means you stayed clean that day. Your streak counts the days you held the line.
Can I change my plan after I start?
Absolutely — add, remove, or reschedule habits as life shifts. You can also move a habit to another day when something comes up, and the streak won't punish you for a planned gap.

🤝Stewards & accountability

What’s a steward?
A steward is someone you invite into your 100 days — a friend, family member, coach, anyone who wants you to win. They verify your proof, encourage you, hold the line when you slip, and can put real stakes on the table with you.
What can a steward see?
Only what you allow. You choose which pillars or specific habits each steward verifies, and you can mark anything private so it never shows up for them. They see your progress on what they're responsible for — not your whole life.
How does proof work?
For habits you mark “needs proof,” you capture live photo or video right in the app — no uploading old files — and it's timestamped the moment you take it. A steward reviews it and approves or rejects, and can leave you a note. You'll see who verified it and when.
What if my steward is slow to verify?
Proof rotates. One eligible steward is notified first; if they don't get to it within about an hour, it passes to the next steward automatically. The first one to approve clears it for everyone.
Can I steward someone without having my own plan?
Yes — plenty of people start by stewarding someone else. It's free, and it's a great way to see how it all works before building your own 100 days.

🎁Commitments, incentives & rewards

What are “commitments & incentives”?
Two-way deals between you and a steward. A commitment puts a stake on a goal (“3 runs this week or I owe you a coffee”). An incentive is a reward a steward offers you (“dinner on me at day 50”). Either side can propose, and the other can accept, counter, or decline.
What are rewards?
Badges and recognition your stewards grant you — earned now for a win, or locked as something to unlock later. Skin in the game and a little celebration both help you keep going.

🔥Staying on track

What if I miss a day?
Change isn't linear — everyone slips. The rule that matters is simple: never miss twice. One missed day is a blip; two in a row is the start of a new (worse) habit. The app and your stewards help you get the next rep in.
Will I get reminders?
Yes — gentle nudges by push and/or email when habits are still open, and your stewards can encourage you too. You control your alerts in Settings.
